 Wu Xiuqing, Software Engineer at the R&D Technology Center, emphasized that the core of high-precision weighing lies in the ADC analog-to-digital conversion module. The newly upgraded domestically produced chip AD module serves as the “intelligent heart” for precise measurement. This module incorporates a proprietary intelligent self-calibration system supporting automatic multi-point nonlinear compensation. A single calibration achieves high linearity across the entire measurement range, with calibration curve comparisons visually demonstrating optimization effects. This significantly reduces maintenance costs while enhancing equipment stability and reliability.

 R&D Center Manager Yu Xuanfu provided an in-depth analysis of the combined value of self-learning technology and high-speed linear scales. She explained that traditional linear scales are prone to dynamic errors caused by vibrations and inertia during high-speed operation. Self-learning technology significantly reduces such errors through dynamic compensation, improving product yield rates. Simultaneously, the system continuously learns environmental changes and equipment aging trends, maintaining long-term high precision and extending equipment lifespan.

 Li Kun, Manager of Sales Support Services, presented the parallel robot automatic weighing and feeding system, highlighting its “dual breakthroughs in speed and precision.” Featuring 3+1 degrees of freedom, this system flexibly performs assembly, handling, inspection, and sorting tasks in confined spaces while meeting repetitive 3D motion requirements. It widely adapts to high-speed precision production scenarios across manufacturing, food processing, and pharmaceutical industries. Its core advantage lies in “dual-high” performance: repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm enables both high-precision operations and efficiency demands for mass production, providing core momentum for production line automation upgrades.

 The high-speed combination scale promoted by Yang Jiayi, Director of the R&D Technology Center, became a focal point for snack food and granular material processing enterprises. This innovation excels at quantitative weighing of diverse granular and spherical materials—including candies, pistachios, peanuts, melon seeds, and plastic pellets—perfectly balancing the core demands of “high-speed operation” and “precise measurement.” It delivers efficient, stable performance whether batch-packaging small-particle snacks or performing quantitative blending of industrial materials.

 Song Yanli, General Manager of Lee's Intelligent, detailed the ring conveyor line, which redefines automated packaging logic through “end-to-end intelligence.” Its core strengths lie in compact structure and high-speed heavy-duty capabilities, adapting to large-scale complex applications. It integrates all processes—box feeding, box separation, filling, compaction, lid flipping, capping, discharge, inspection, and rejection—enabling fully automated closed-loop production. The system employs multi-servo and SMC cylinder coordinated control for rapid response and high precision, ensuring continuous, large-batch stable production. It is currently widely used in high-yield nut product packaging and can be extended to automated production lines for food, daily chemicals, and other light industrial products.
